I founded Shapeshifter Consulting to provide strategic HR support to both established businesses and start-ups, helping them to create a sound foundation for HR structures and processes. I’m also passionate about empowering people by unlocking their potential their inner creativity through coaching and providing the support they need to set up a new venture, find out-of-the-box solutions and opportunities, or taking an existing business to the next level.
I am an accomplished Human Resources Consultant, specialising in Employment Relations and fostering organisational culture creation and communication structures while also creating a thinking environment for managers, business owners, and entrepreneurs to advance their business. I am a firm believer in being a lifelong learner, and because of this, empowering students to master their own studies through coaching has become a passion of mine.
Vision
As a creative coach, I envisage to guide clients to foster growth and development within themselves to reach their true potential and reach their goals. My coaching approach is focussed on creating an environment for clients to think for themselves and to open up different perspectives and possibilities that may have been undiscovered or overlooked. I am passionate about working with individuals who are in the process of moving and growing such as small business owners, entrepreneurs and students. My coaching approach entails a combination of finding meaning and purpose with a mixture of design thinking and creative thinking techniques to broaden the scope of thinking.
As a consultant, my specialities are: Employment Relations, Business and Performance Coaching, Human Capital Management, and Organisational development. I am registered with COMENSA, as well with SABPP as a Human Resources Professional.
